Registration Desk
Registration will be possible on all days of the conference, but please register at your earliest convenience.

- Monday, September 8: from 8:00 to 20:00
- Tuesday, September 9: from 8:30 to 19:45
- Wednesday, September 10: from 8:30 to 17:15

Exhibition Area
The accompanying exhibition will take place in the foyer of the Faculty of Chemistry, ground floor, according to the following schedule:
- Sunday, September 7: from 15:00 to 19:30
- Monday, September 8: from 8:30 to 16:15
- Tuesday, September 9: from 8:30 to 16:00
- Wednesday, September 10: from 8:30 to 16:15
- Thursday: September 11: from 9:30 to 12:45

Name Badges
A name badge is required for admittance to all official conference sessions and events according to the type of registration. Please, collect your conference kit and name badge from the registration desk on arrival. Name badge must be collected by the registered person during the registration desk opening hours. A proof of identity will be needed e.g. passport or any photo ID. It cannot be collected or used by anyone other than the person registered and named on the badge.

Delivery of presentations
Presenters have to deliver their presentations to the technician in the room where they will have their lecture according to the scientific programme. If requested, after the presentation, it will be deleted under the supervision of the speaker.
Upload will be possible every day:
- during coffee breaks or immediately after last talk of the day before the day of the presentation.
For MAC users
To use Mac presentations on a PC-compatible computer, please ensure that your presentation is prepared according to the instructions provided below, before handing it over to the technician in the room where your presentation will take place:
Convert it to PowerPoint or PDF.
Use a common font, such as Arial, Times New Roman, Verdana etc. (Special characters might be changed to a default font on a PowerPoint-based PC).
It is also possible to use your MacBook, which needs to have a HDMI output.
Instructions for Poster Presenters
Please find detailed information at the website https://eicc7.com/guidelines/ under POSTER PRESENTERS section. During the poster session drinks and snacks will be served in the Library room.
Book of Abstracts
Book of abstract will be available to download from official website of EICC7, there will be no printed version.
Programme
Programme will be distributed to all participants through conference kit. Programme will be also available in pdf at the official website.
Guest Attendance Policy
All event activities (including educational sessions, meal functions, exhibition area, etc.) are exclusively reserved for registered attendees. Non-registered guests (including children, family members, colleagues, etc.) are not allowed in any of the event areas. Badges provided at registration are required for entrance into all functions and will be strictly enforced.
Coffee and Lunch Breaks
All coffee and lunch breaks are included in the conference fee. Coffee will be served in the Exhibition area (Ground Floor) as per the times indicated in the timetable. Lunch will be served in Library and Conference Room (1st floor). Special dietary corner will be available. Signage will be installed for easy navigation.

Welcome reception

Free for all registered delegates. Confirmation of attendance is mandatory through registration form.
EICC7 Conference Dinner
Date: Wednesday, September 10, 2025 from 20:00-00:00
Location: Jezero Restaurant, Ada Ciganlija BB
Price per person: 50,00€
Transfer: Bus transfer will be organized to the restaurant and back. Meeting point: in front of the Faculty of Chemistry. The group will walk to the bus at 19:10. Departure for Restaurant Jezero is scheduled for 19:30 from Pjarona de Mondezira Street No. 2. Departure from Restaurant will be at 00:05h.
If you still didn’t book a ticket for Conference Dinner, please, check the availability at the Registration desk. Expect unlimited food and drinks as well as live music.
Participants who will attend dinner will receive a voucher upon registration which they are required to bring to the dinner and hand over to the hostess upon entering the restaurant.
Volunteers
A team of volunteers will provide service at the Conference. They will help at the registration, provide directions, assist presenters during the conference, and much more. Volunteers will be clearly identified by their T-shirts so that participants know who to approach with any questions.
Liability and Insurance
It is recommended that participants obtain adequate insurance cover for travel, health and accidents before they depart from their countries of residence. The Conference organizer shall not be held liable for personal injury or any loss or damage to the belongings of conference participants, either during or as a result of the conference. Please check the validity of your own insurance.
WiFi
Local WiFi and eduroam are available throughout the Venue (lecture and poster halls and exhibition area). Username: HFSeminar1, pass: SeminarS1B2R3.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the venue grounds. However, designated smoking areas will be available outside the Faculty building.
Certificate of Attendance
Certificates will be sent out after the conference by email.
Airport transfer
- Bus line 72 from airport to the city center (Zeleni venac station). Departs every 30-40 minutes from airport. It is free for all passengers.
- Minibus A1 from airport to Slavija Sqare departs every 30 minutes. It is free for all passengers.
- There is also service TAXIINFO, located in the baggage claim area at Nikola Tesla Airport. At the airport Info Desk you can get the taxi receipt specifying the desired destination and the price for taxi service. That way you will make sure the taxi service is in line with the most favourable rate. Payment options: Serbian Dinars, Credit Cards and Euros.
Local transportation
There is a good public transport system in Belgrade. From January 1st 2025, public transport is free for all users. Most buses operate until midnight.

Taxis are usually available outside the Venue. Please note that official TAXI cars are all white.

Telephone Code

Time Zone
The time zone in Serbia is Central European Time (CET) (UTC plus 1 hour).
Currency
The Serbian currency is the Serbian Dinar (RSD). Credit cards (Visa, Eurocard, MasterCard) are accepted in most shops, and ATMs are widely available in downtown Belgrade. You can use Visa, Visa Electron, Plus, MasterCard, Eurocard, Maestro and Cirrus branded cards to withdraw money from an ATM. Belgrade ATMs require 4-digit pin codes.
Electricity
As in most cities of continental Europe, the electricity voltage in Belgrade is 220 V. Electrical outlets are standard European.
Water
Tap water in Belgrade is safe to drink.
Weather in Belgrade in September
The temperatures in Belgrade in September are comfortable with low of 14oC and high up to 26oC. You can expect about 3 to 8 days of rain in Belgrade during the month of September. It’s a good idea to bring along your umbrella so that you don’t get caught in poor weather.
