Abstract Submission Opens on January 20, 2025.

Abstracts should be submitted electronically no later than April 25, 2025 (to be considered for Oral Communications) or June 02, 2025 (for Poster Presentations).

Please submit your abstract through online submission system. Please indicate your preferred method of presentation (oral communication or poster presentation).
Name the file: Lastname_Firstname_Word-of-title.
The abstract should not exceed one page and must adhere to the guidelines provided in the abstract template, which is available for download [here]. Please note that we accept files in the MS Word document (.docx) format.

At least one of the authors must be registered as a participant with paid registration fee.
